Commander Level Science Bridge Officer Station?

Ok. There is No Romulan ship available at all with Commander level Science Bridge Officer Stations. I have chosen KDF faction and am at level 50, but for some reason there are Klingon ships that my character cannot use like Kar'fi or Varanus. So I can't even choose a KDF ship with Commander level Science stations. So My science Bridge Officers have useless Commander Level space abilities. WHY?

    The Ha'nom Guardian Warbird, which is available at level 40, has both Commander and LtC bridge slots.

    That you can't use ships of your allies beyond level 30 ("captain" level) is working as intended.
    Otherwise there'd be no point in rolling Starfleet or KDF chars any more sinc you could just make a Romulan char that then has access to literally all ships while the other are stuch their own ships.

    *EDIT: it helps a lot when you turn off all the purchasing options you won't use anyway.
    Makes the list a lot shorter and it's easier to find stuff.;) *
