No respec token for Romulan gold member players?

I hit 50 recently and decided to sub since i enjoy playing the new expansion. But my respec tokens still show zero? this happened to anyone else? it this intended? as a subscriber i don't get free respec because i hit 50 first and subscribed later?

    Yep, working as intended.

    Inventory slots, bank slots, bridge officer slots, and numerous other things automatically grant the upgrades on all toons when you go gold.

    You obtain respec tokens every rank (10, 20, 30, 40, 50) whilst levelling up as a gold member. These aren't retroactive like (almost) everything else. Unlucky mate!

    Even without the respecs it's still worth going gold for a month. Just for the account bank and tonnes of storage space!

    I am not sure if the tokens are retroactive but I do believe that the Romulan characters are bugged.

    On my preexisting characters, under "respec traits" I have ten or more tokens. On my Romulan character I have zero tokens, and I am only a few points away from hitting VA! :confused:

    It is bugged somehow. I am a lifetime member and my fed, klingon characters all have 11 trait respec tokens. However my Romulan characters have none. So they do not seem to be awarded correctly.

    Unfortunately a bug report and a support ticket have not been answered for 3 weeks now. I guess I wont get any answer from support.
