There have been some changes to the maps of the Cold War features ...
Specifically the Lobi locations have been altered ... two are not a problem, the third is....
Cold Call - The Flower was moved, or the arch it was under.
Cold Case - The ancient device has been moved slightly from under the mushroom mountain
Cold Storage - A mountain has been placed on top of the Helix
That last one, can still be seen when u stand real close, and wiggle the camera around so u clip through the mountain ...
It is currently not reachable, and the scavenger hunt is broken by this.
I am having the same problem as jivedutch....the Cold Storage Lobi has a mountain over it making completion impossible....I have spent hours trying to find a way past it
I just ran into this today and filed a bug report on it. I didn't find the helix at all, but now you say where it is I bet I can, not that it would make any difference. This expansion is a pig with lipstick and no matter how you dress it up, I wouldn't want to kiss it.
ok, i know its broken on cold storage, but what i cant figure out is who or what put the mountain on top of a most obvious helix for an accolade, or was it just the refit of the graphics program from LoR that moved it there. If you think about it long enough you start to think it almost looks intentional, as if someone developed it that way. also what i cant figure out, out of the whole map, why put a otherwise UN-noticeable mountain on the map, does it really need to be put in the map and at any rate right on top of a lobi accolade point? what exactly is this random mountain doing aesthetically, pretty much nothing in my opinion.
i ran this whole map perimeter and inside and on top of everything i could climb, and did not notice one change except for that useless mountain. then i thought to myself, is this what someone calls and improvement to the map if in fact it was designed and implemented for the map, or is this just a fantastic coincidence made by implementing a new graphics overlay engine with LoR. either way, this should be fixed, and its not a huge fix either and would take literally seconds to map edit it out or even move it during the next downtime.
i will think of this as an actual accident from the game engine maybe moving something because its actually more feasible to think its a program rendering glitch than someone intentionally putting it there, which is just downright mean and malicious in nature, which i can not see cryptic doing on purpose as it would reflect badly on what they are actually trying to accomplish with a revamp of this game with LoR.
i mean considering they are a business and trying to make money from it. Maybe i think to much into this but hey, i figured i would bring it up in the proper forum post.
