TOS Romulan Outfit not applying

I purchased the TOS Romulan Outfit and it tells me after spending 550 zen that i can access it through the tailor, i am over level 50 and on my Rom toon, going to the tailor it does not show the TOS Romulan Outfit for me to place on my charactor, where do i find it or when will it apply itself to the tailor, if i can't get it i would like my 550 zen back.

    You can access it if you go into the uniform tab and change your shirt and pants. I forget what ones it is exactly but once you have it on the right one the uniform will appear as an option. the sash also. You need to click around a bit to get it all set up.
