Server Not Responding

Someone at PWE needs to get on the ball and address this.

"Peer to peer support" ie; leeching off of the community doesn't cut it.

You need to post on this in some manner.

I'd bet more than a dollar that if the issue was "Unable to purchase lockbox keys" we'd see some action. Just a guess. What do you think? Do you think so? Would you bet a dollar that if you had to drag your TRIBBLE into a division heads office and say "oh hey our moneymakers broke" there would be some sort of lively reaction? Yah right?

Well pretend that there's people trying to log in and stay in the game just so they can fire up your moneymaker, but they can't because of server issues. See if that helps reaction times.

Oh and it really doesn't MATTER if there's ten thousand little monkeys hammering away at this RIGHT now if not even ONE of them can be bothered to post on it. If your attitude is going to be one of non communication, stop wasting your money on all those monkeys. Cause if you can't communication what you're doing, it really doesn't MATTER does it.

This isn't hard stuff guys.

PS: I still love all of you, whether or not the servers work a %100.

    There is no magic line running straight from your computer to theirs. Like all internet signals, it has to follow a path through the series of tubes. And sometimes, someone along the way drops the ball. It might be their ISP, it might be yours, it might be some third party somewhere (especially if you're not logging in from North America); there's no way to guess, and if it's your end or a third party, there's not a Kahless-blessed thing they can do about it either.

    Sorry, but them's the breaks. At least Cryptic lets you know what's going on; I've played some games where all you know is that suddenly you can't do a flipping thing, not even exit the game.

    Yesterday I had severe packet loss to the game server where I could barely stay connected and it was unplayable. I'm not sure what was the cause because my ping was stable so it wasn't my isp. 9 times out of 10 it is my flaky isp disconnecting me.

    I did notice that other people seemed to be playing fine. So I'm guessing there was some router along the way that someone spilled their coffee on.

    Hopefully I'll get some time online tonight and enjoy their latest patch fixes. :fingers crossed: :)

    I get all these symptoms what I don't understand is why they always starts on 12:00 AM UTC.. everyday. On the dot. BAM! no matter what characters im using.. the game suddenly becomes unplayable. it takes 5 minutes for one action to respond. etc etc
    This goes on for me from 12:00 AM UTC to 3:00 pm UTC. Then all of the sudden its smooth gameplay and logins again. Until 12:00 am utc again that is.
    I have been observing this on my end for more than a week now.

    ive been playing for an hour no problem then i start getting servernot responding and rashes what the fracken hell
