Devs: More T'Varo options, please!

I'm one of the many players who has fallen in love with the T5 T'Varo options (retrofit and fleet) but I'm already getting a little "bored" with the fact that there is really just one hull/wing/nacelle option.

I know there is already a MASSIVE number of bugs and new content requests, but please add some options so players can customize our T'Varo ships with more than just paint.

Even if it's just offering the option of mixing elements of the T'Varo and T'liss, or giving us a central hull option with massive impulse engines ... I just hate flying around in a ship that looks virtually the same as everyone else who picks that class of ship.

    I think it's just a matter of time before there are additional skins for this ship coming along.
    Remember, we originally only had one skin on the B?rel and now we actually have a full range of them available.
    The same is probably true for this ship.
    For the most part I think additional nacelle options would help a lot.
    The nacelles on the Ha'nom/Ha'apax scaled down approriately would fit this ship really well.
    The main hull...well that's gonna be a bit tricky but probably something that is a bit less teardrop shaped and wider at the rear would probably look cool.:)

    i think they just didnt have time for more looks when they made the romulan ships. though some of them are rather unique and really cant change that much. i too would like new looks however at some point.

    It's one of those "CBS doesn't allow 23rd century t5 ships" that we won't have T'liss options -- just like the t5 connie.

    LOL, so we get a T5 22nd century ship, because CBS won't allow a 23rd century T5, that makes sense :D

    Its a pretty ship, its just painful to watch so many Feds flying it like an escort, seen some good KDF plays make good use of it though. Can't wait until we get more options for it.

    I would like different options myself. It would be really neat to get the Phoenix patterning underneath and the old design.

    I thinks it's a case of CBS allowing a ship that looks like it belongs into the 24th century.
    I mean look at it: it's supposed to be the precursor to the T'liss but had they put this thing into the Dominion War, escorting D'deridexes, blasting JH fighters like the Defiant, the Saber and the B'rel or into Star Trek "Nemesis" escorting Donatra...noone would have questioned it.

    Who would have said "that's totally anachronistic...that ship totally belongs to the 22nd century...look at those curved nacelles like the Valdore (Mogai) and that green like the D'deridex...yeah that's totally a 22nd century ship"?
    I think the list would have been rather short.

    Let's face it, the appearance of that ship in "Minefield" was about as wrong as the appearance of a Patton tank in a D-Day movie.

    Yeah, I agree. It'd be nice to have more config options for all Rommie ships, but especially the T'varo.

    Maybe the wings sweeping back, or down. A couple different nacelle options. And a few different saucer shapes. Maybe with coming to a point towards the front.

    I've already sketched some ideas based on the elements of the T'Liss and some resized versions of nacelles from other warbirds in the game. It's stuff that would be easy for a dev to create because it just involves tweaking models that already exist in the game.

    In any case, I cannot imagine it would take the devs much time to think of ways to tweak the existing models to give us more options to customize the T'Varo.

    I probably wouldn't have even started this thread if it wasn't for the fact that all the other T5 warbirds have multiple hull/wing/nacelle choices and it's really obvious that the T'Varo needs some customization options.

    I would settle just for the Bird of Prey decal.
