So, when I first started playing my Romulan character my singularity bar functioned the way it was supposed to. The levels moved from 1 to 5, and everything was fine. I've noticed the other night that now the singularity meter says level zero and when it fills up the powers flash as if they were at maximum charge.
Did I miss something? Is this an intended mechanic or have I found a bug? Anyone else have the same issue?
Maybe it's ship specific. Seems to work fine on my TVaro(Fleet).

Were you in a shuttle at the time? My Scorpion fighter seems to stay at level 0, but charges the Singularity Overcharge like normal (the level 0 seems to lock down the effectiveness of the singularity core's power bonus).
I noticed that when I was flying my Ha'feh, but the attacks still work as if they are leveled up. Just before I also noticed it in my Romulan runabout too.

Same here, in my new Ha'Feh the singularity meter always says zero, even as the bar fills up.
