personally i believe it is called surak class, but memory alpha (english version) calls it suurok, because in an enterprise show cpt. archer pronaunced it "suurok"
i think it is the surak class, since the designer Doug Drexler himself named it "surak". the only time it is called suurok is in the script for the enterprise episode "breaking the ice".
on the question: people can only guess, but cryptic has made a statement that they are reaching slowly the end of the line of "ships they want to have ingame" probably this one is on the bottom of that list, but i'm pretty positive about it beeing implemented sooner or later.

its not so much want it more then likely has to do with copy rights that cbs has on all star trek cannon. They probably can't make anything without having permission from cbs to do so.Personally i play a vulcan and would like to see more story work and interactivity done with them then what we see atm.Maybe a story arc of them in some way would be nice something like a branching story from the fed missions that shows their perspective of events
I certainly hope that one will eventually make an appearance in STO. There was some talk on the forums about Cryptic planning to make somekind of "Founders of the Federation" ship pack and the Surak class was speculated to be among those ships.
I like the Vulcan designs and it will be awesome for the Vulcans to have a cruiser in addition to the D'kyr, for those Vulcans that prefer enginering and tactical over science.
Though I don't see why not. I'm sure the Surak has been around far more than the D'kyr I'm sure, I think its even used by the villain in ST:Legacy and that spans well into TNG era.

If they would make it a tier 5, fleet quality ship for 3000 Zen or something and I'd buy it in an instant.
