what makes a uncommon+ Bridge Officers different from a Common one?
I have two female human bridge officer candidates, one blue one common.
They appear to have the same skills/passives. What makes the blue a blue?
......
Also, I can't for the life of me figure out how to sell BOffs and DOffs. I see them on the exchange, but I dont know how to transfer them from my U screen to my inventory to the exchange. Any help would be appreciated

I found this regarding quality
Rarity Traits
Common 2x Basic
2x Standard
Uncommon 1x Basic
3x Standard
Rare 1x Basic
2x Standard
1x Superior (or 1x Space trait)
Very Rare 2x Standard
2x Superior (or 1x Superior and 1x Space trait)
However there was no explanation as to what those categories of traits covered. What are "basic" traits and what are "standard" ones?
But thanks for the link it was still otherwise informative.

Basically they are the same trait but just better versions of it.
Like say Creative.
Standard Creative is just 'Creative' and it gives bonus of
10% to kit powers
15% to healing to shields and hitpoints
Superior Creative
12,5% to kit powers
20% to healing to shields and hitpoint
I dont know what basic creative stats are but they will be less then just plain creative. That is basically the general idea
