Energy Credits & Exchange Sales

Has anyone else been experiencing any problems with this as of late? I could swear that with some of my sales I'm not getting the returns. I sold two items for 4.5mil yesterday, yet none of my accounts seem to be 9mil up on what they were; I know I sold the two items in question on the same account too.

Does Cryptic have a 'policy' on these returns, or is it just a case of 'tough luck'?

    Is it that you have gone over your ec cap by chance?

    Silver by default has a cap at 10million ec unless you buy the store item to remove it.
    Still waiting to be able to use forum titles

    My sales have been going though without any issues, but ive not sold somthing for that amount more like a few hundred k over night lol

    Nah, it isn't that. I made that mistake some time ago and in turn made the purchase of the Energy Cap Increase. Two of my toons have about 12mil each (though I fear they should currently have a lot more than that, except it's not getting through). My other toon has 5mil, though the cap increase is account wide anyway.

    I've been focusing on the Romulan Boffs. Some rather silly people sell them for an unbelievably low price, and if you're quick enough, you get to buy them and resell. :D

    Yeh i have not looked at how people have been sniping the goods im selling i can put them up then a second later i get EC lol

    i did get a goodd deal on one item tho cost me 100k sold it for 290k! lol
    ive not learned the ins and out plus im still poor with 7.5mil after a 1.5mil spend today... found out the breen transmophic torp has issues and i swear the dmg boosters dont work (mine dmg/trapsmphic boost).

    Anyway hope youfigure out whats up, probably got the cash and didnt realise at a guess hope you find out for sure though!

    This has been mentioned by a few people in chat over the last couple of days, so I would say it's not just you having trouble here. I haven't experienced it myself as I don't have much to sell on the exchange most of the stuff that drops for me is vendor trash.

    I have no idea what their policy is on this so open a ticket and find out. You've got nothing to lose as the worst they can say is "we can't help you".

    Well, I'm definitely not getting all of my sales returned to me. I have filed a ticket, guess I'll have a reply in the coming months?

    It is worth mentioning that, EC from sales on one character are deposited to that character Assets and none other, even though the mail is broadcast to the account.

    Yeah, I know that, but I checked all of my characters just in case of error. None of the three have been receiving the sale prices that I've got mail about.

    My items are being sold, but I'm not getting the EC for all of them.

    No buying a Jem'hadar escort carrier for 57 Million and selling it for 63 Million is a good deal. :)
