Characters Missing

My Federation and Klingon characters are gone from the Tribble Server. This happened with/during the LoR Beta Test period with initiated.

I really wanted to keep them because they had items that I had unlocked there that I have yet to pull from Lock Boxes on Holodeck.

Can I please have them back?

    I have two characters that have disappeared from the Tribble Test Server too. I had a Federation and a Romulan character that both disappeared at the same time as the LOR launch. I would love to have them back if it is at all possible.

    Were the characters on Tribble before the start of Open Beta for 'Legacy' ??? As the day before the start of Open Beta there was a character wipe of Tribble because the new Legacy code was incompatible with existing characters...

    (And you were warned this could happen when you signed up for Tribble access...)

    My Federation toon has been on Tribble for over a year. I am most interested in getting that one back, because it had almost 300k dilithium. My Romulan toon was created on one of the first days that the beta was available, and I had invested time in that character. Both toons disappeared upon the restart/ reboot of the LoR open beta.

    ...
    When playing some Beta Games, you may accumulate treasure, experience points, equipment, or other value or status indicators within the Beta test. This data may be reset at any time during the testing process, and it may be reset when the particular game completes this testing phase. In this case, all player history and data will be erased and each player will return to novice status.

    While I realize the terms of testing on a beta server, I was simply asking if there was a possibility of getting those toons back. Were they deleted on purpose as part of the new launch, or was this accidental. It doesn't appear that all existing characters were deleted, for all players.

    In preparation for an upcoming patch to the Tribble Test Server, as well as Open Beta (to be announced very soon), we will be performing a character wipe on Tribble today.

    After the character wipe was complete, many players copied their existing Holodeck characters onto Tribble, which is why you see high level characters on the Beta Test Server...
