"Hot" Romulan?

I was playing STO when my neighbor came by. Then my Romulan First Officer spoke in one of those cutscenes. I think I saw her melt like some boy crazy teenager.


The Romulan I'm talking about? His name escapes me. He's the very first guy to contact you when you create a new Romulan character, and throughout the storyline you're searching for his sister. Anyways, she's glad that "snake" of a former girlfriend didn't get him and hopes I don't let go of him either. Not because he's not a competent officer (I know he is), but so she can see him when I'm playing. And now I'm scared to play STO in her presence... And I honestly hope she's just joking around...


And here I thought the only "hot" Romulan was that girl on the LoR banner...

    Don't worry. You can modify Thovan Khev's appearence. Just turn him into a 70 year old creep and your neighbor will stop caring :D

    We found 1 person that like Tovan... but she doesn't play STO. :D.

    I think I need to modify the Romulan bridge crew I recieved from the missions, they do look like a group of broody goth-elf teenagers , more than a Romulan Warbird crew.

    Yeah, not seeing that at all. If you're looking for a Star Wars connection, maaaaybe Luke because of the farming community and the "I have a sister" thing, but even that's pushing it. Sorry, but his personality isn't a 100% profiteering rogue or a lady's man like Han's is, nor is it like Luke who's obsessed about being like his father before him.

    He could be like Lonestar from Spaceballs who's supposed to be a comedic mish mash of the two, but that's just hoping for something you'll never have.


    I do like how he does combat though... lunging at an enemy more than once. I do like him as a first officer, but my neighbor is attracted mostly to his youthful looks and voice.


    And I'll stop right here for now because she's coming to look over my shoulder...

    There's threads bashing Tovan, but I think the reason I like Tovan is he reminds in ways of Atton Rand, the smuggler/rogue type guy in your party from KOTOR II.

    It's for that reason alone he's my go to guy I take on all my away missions. I'm a guy, so his "hotness" level doesn't factor in. :D

    I think Atton gets trashed too. I didn't notice though. I was too busy trying to get the Handmaiden to undress. ;)

    I really need to run through KotOR again. Problem is the graphics are so dated on the console and using a HD TV, it's hard to do. The PC versions I hear have mods to help that though.
