Can't Respec Fed Toon

Don't know if this has been posted yet but I can't respec my fed toon at all, when I finish and press okay I get a error in ranking or something and all my changes reset.

    I have the same problem and have submitted a ticket and also posted in the bug forum as have a bunch of other peeps with the same issue. My VA Fed capt. is now stuck in a very specific sci/torp boat skill tree so he's basically useless in all my other ships until this is fixed =(. I bought a respec token. Let me uses it!

    I am also having the same issue. I tried to take one point (3,000 pt value) off of a tier 5 space skill to up a tier 1 space skill (3 x 1,000 pt value). I have three respect tokens. I received this error, "There was an error while ranking up your skills."

    I had the same error on Tribble two days ago.

    Clear all and start from nothing and it should work fine.
