I don't know if i'm blind but there is not "auto" Female Klingon Uniform and that uniform is kind of bugged (both male and female) when changing colours.
The Tailor is a complete wreck right now. Remans are stuck with human skin tones, except the C-Store one, but he can't use the ally-influenced items. Random parts are linked with each other in the same manner as hair and eyebrow colour for no apparent reason. Some items are stuck using only the colour palette for eyes.
Considering the reams of other issues LoR has brought up, don't count on it getting fixed any time soon.

I have this issue on the last 2 slots of all my KDF toons, and on the last 4 slots of my Rom/KDF character.
EDIT: Note that I appear to have the right number of working slots, the bad ones are just extras that can't be worn or edited.

This bug has been around for a while (before LoR), but has eventually sorted itself. It would be nice if the Devs took notice and sorted it for everyone once and for all.

As noted above, the issue with inaccessible costumes predates LoR. The KDF Tailor has been bugged for even longer (in these regards: "Random parts are linked with each other in the same manner as hair and eyebrow colour for no apparent reason. Some items are stuck using only the colour palette for eyes.").
All of these issues should have had Dev attention some time ago, and the Devs' failure or refusal to address these issues prior to LoR going live has only resulted in the issues getting bigger.
I did file a bug ticket over the odd interlinking of colors in the Editor - like the part where changing color 3 of the Romulan dual shoulder pads also changes color 1 of the Klingon 2 undershirt, while changing color 1 of the undershirt also changes color 2 of the pants (and of course vice versa, so you can't just go in and change it back later), but only on the Bridge Officers. (I'm sorry, call me anal-retentive, but I like the people on my ships to wear uniforms that are, well, uniform.)
I have found lots of uniforms and clothing that you can't seem to modify...also wrist attachments that the right wrist has different color selection then the left wrist...etc, etc, etc...
There are ways around most of these "sort of" bugs but obviously there are things wrong with uniforms and how they are modified.;)

Thanks for sending the ticket about that specific; for some reason, it didn't occur to me to report it (I must be slipping). I know several people have sent tickets about having unusable/uneditable costumes in the past; I almost did so myself at one point, but the issue sorted itself before I became annoyed enough to send a ticket about it.

Not just you, have the same issue myself. Can't select any of my last 4 outfits to wear.
