3 Turrets???

Hi all,
I couldn't help but notice on PVE when eng players spawn a turret three appear.:confused: i have seen it happen with turrets and mortar.

I have some hypotheses about this...
1) it is a duty officer. (If it is can someone pleas tell me how to get it)
2) It is a exclusive thing...

If anyone knows about this plez tell me.

    Its a doff. Well, two: Explosive Expert for mortars, Armory Officer for turrets. And I think Fabrications specialist for drones. A purple one grants you a chance to get two additional helpers aside from the one you beam in.

    For drones it is fabrication Engineer...
