Tribble: Skill Respec NPC is broken

As the thread title states. I can interact with it and move skill points around, but I cannot commit them. Any attempt to actually change my skills ends with a flyby error message: "There was an error while ranking up your skills."

I used the respec trainer at ESD and tried three times and made sure I had spent all my available skill points during the respec attempts.

    Confirmed. Cannot respec on tribble.

    Changing your skill points around and committing them never worked for me. The only work around was to select reset skill points. Then set your points to whatever and hit commit. I have not tried this on Holodeck after LOR was released. But this did work during my LOR Tribble testing. See if that work around works for you.

    Ok I just confirmed today that Clearing and building from the ground up will work on tribble, but that just changing a few skills around and then hitting accept will pop up an error.
