Reman ship textures

I was designing my romulan ship and like the reman textures for it I haven't seen them as a whole package in the zstore, was woundering if there going to be added to zstore as a whole package, or just have to but each texture in ship design only, and if so does it unlock them for all your reman ships and reman toons or do you have to buy them for each toon.

    you will get access to the reman color pattern once you have a character on your account hit max reputation with the romulan faction.
    If you got that already and can't get the reman patterns or create a reman character in character creator, either wait (i waited 3 days to unlock that) or start a T5 project with a romulan (the special romulan beam array for instance)

    i'm not sure if it unlocks by itself, or you actually have to slot a t5 project...i did both.

    If you got the legacy pack, you get that skin option automatically. If not yeah what the guy above me said.
