SA-VA D'Rithau?

So the D'Rithau is an upgraded D'deridx at the Commander level. Yet I don't see it listed on the SA or VA ship lists, what's up with that?

I'm tempted to buy it but if its only going to be good for ten levels, maybe a little more, what good is my 2k Z points on it if when I hit VA I'll just end up trading it in.

    It's a costume option for the D'deridex and fleet D'deridex retrofits.

    And the console it comes with is half of a set on the VA D'dex. The set bonus is +10 engine and +2 turn.
