Sorry but I have no clue how to do this part:

Access Library Files in your Ship's Ready Room.

How do I get to my ready room?

    Last time I accessed my ready room the process was to press the down arrow button on the minimap and visit the bridge, and then walk to my ready room.

    Unless they changed it, the instructions on how to do this should have been given in green or yellow text on the same screen that told you to do this in the mission.
