I like the idea of new warp core but what doesn't make any sense is when you go into your ships engineering deck nothing has changed so i bought a new warp core at 500,000 EC's OK put it into the warp core slot and go back to my ship and still nothing has changed, is this an error nothing was changed the warp cor systems do not change engineering has not changed the core dose not change.
I see this as a serious issue and a total rip off and utterly pointless.
is there a plan to fix this problem if not I want my 500k returned. EC's are a pain to earn.
Los Gatos is only 2 hour drive for me id be happy to come down there and fix this problem :-)

500k? Thats a joke, thats literally one tour the galaxy.
no offence but if you aint making nore then that you need to learn what mission to use for transwarping or get borg engines or maybe both idk what you do but a can make about 2 million. (sorry for off topic)

It's not supposed to change the appearance of your interior set's core, each core only effects the ship's performance. As far as the game's concerned, it doesn't even know what core you have when you are on your interior, because, when you are there, it loads a completely different map, for all intents and purposes, your ship doesn't exist when you are not in space. Making your warp core, or any features of your interior, change based on your gear would be a huge undertaking, maybe even impossible. Barring the fact that, as mentioned above, that the game doesn't know what you have when you're not in space, the developers would have to make separate interior sets for each type of warpcore, on all three different interior layouts, for every single bridge. That's dozens of different sets. Do you really think driving down to the bay area to pester the devs into making this "small" change is going to work?
So you bought this core based on the pretty little icon picture, and now you want a refund? Tough, you should have thought that through before wasting your ECs. maybe you could have bought a cheaper core to test your theory? (not that 500K is really that much)
