First off id like to make this a closed thread but i dont know how. I have been a player since sto's launch a while back and even though i am a silver player i have a request.
Now i truly believe we should be compensated for these unacceptable queue errors we are going through atm but i also know that ive met heavy resistance about this in forums about it.
so im just gonna ask this MR.Branfrakes if you read this lease i would highly appreciate a heartfelt forum apology not just a pr one about all the errors us as players are facing atm. I understand that at the launch of a expansion on any game there are some errors to be expected but i have been trying to log in for two days. Yesterday ran into unable to log into server for unknown reasons and today keep getting booted from queue login. please for the sakes of all of old players and the new ones that may come from launch please apologize about it i dont know about anyone else but even though im very frustrated some sign that you care would help me greatly.

If anything people should apologize to him, for wasting his time on stupid threads like this, when he is trying to collect information on real issues,, not becasue someones feelings got hurt.

And the OP's one of the absolute worst- hung up on the idea that getting his own personal, "heartfelt, non-PR" apology is somehow more important than fixing the game for the ~20,000 people in the queue. But noooooo, it's all about getting that one important personal apology. (And maybe a footrub?)
hey smart asses i wasn't asking for personal apology i was asking him to apologize to everyone in a foruem post to show the company cares but your small minds dont get that. but hey whatever im cool now and the game is fixed but i still think they should sould do a apology post to everyone but they havent so it does show they dont give a rats TRIBBLE as long as we spend money.
