Did all silvers realy get their free Character slot?

It Is Said that all silvers got hteir extra slot, however i have read plenty posts to that contrary are they bring ignored simply becuase they are silver?


will the fix that helps golds possably help the silvers who didn't recieve theirs? or arer these silvers guys who forgot they used to be gold?

    How many slots is a DD edition former subscriber supposed to have post LoR launch?

    Probably most of them were silvers who forgot they were gold. Remember, if they used an old boxed copy to start, that counted as gold time, even if they never directly paid for a monthly membership. Or if they say added something like the Amazon Collector's Edition to their account. Or the Digital Deluxe Edition.

    I'm a little confused by this thread. I was a former gold, and I had used all my three original slots back then. After my sub lapsed, I eventually bought four character slots, but found that I only had six total. I assumed this was because the third slot counted as one of the four since I didn't have a sub at the time I purchased the slots. When I re-subbed for a few months, I found that I had gained a seventh slot. I was under the impression that in my circumstances, I would not be getting another slot. Is this incorrect?

    In addition to my original character and crew, I got 2 more as I'm working on a new Federation crew.

    If by silver, you mean players that are playing free with no sort of premium, then yeah I got my slots.

    According to the Features Matrix, the Silver/ F2P players get 3 free character slots while Lifetime/ Gold members get 4.

    I'm Silver and I got my Romulan slot. Played through the tutorial and then went to work.

    As a Subscriber, ('Gold' Status), you were entitled for 3 original Character slots, 4 if you count the new Romulan character slot.

    If you let your Subscription lapse, and revert to 'Silver' status, you are entitled to 2 original Slots, 3 if you count the new Romulan slot.

    The Extra Slot for 'Gold' is a property of the Subscription status, and not a property of the Account. If your subscription status changes, so does the number of Character slots you are entitled too...

    Then what happened makes sense now... Cryptic will not delete a character slot (even if you owe them one) if it is occupied by a Character... (As Character data is never deleted...) A empty slot on the other hand is fair game. The moment a empty slot shows up in your account, Cryptic will take it to make up for the Slot you owed them... So take a guess where that empty slot came from...

    my account has 6 slots, 3 fed, 1 kdf and 2 rom, and I am a former sub but now a silver player, I did pay for 2 more slots and they gave me one for the lor. it I snice that they didn't take away slots you unlocked as a former sub

    I also as F2P, received 1 free slot, for the Romulan character.

    But now, i have to decide which faction to choose, Klingon or Federation!

    If we had 1 more, i could play both sides, perhaps i should buy extra an slot, if i like to play as Romulan.

    I am lapsed gold does that count as gold?

    I took the initiave expecting to not get the slot and deleted a few low level never played alts.

    when you lapse you keep the extra slot but if you delete it you lose it. If you buy extra slots then one of those new slots is filled by the extra character that they were kind enough not to delete or lock when you lapsed. For the new Romulan slot Branflakes was saying yesterday that lapsed gold gets a new empty slot making the total 4 characters. the extra character will remain extra having the same limitations.
