  I love how when it pops up the queue I can't even see half the message before I'm loading in. LTS

  Queues happen every time a new season is released and this is no different. It will subside in the next week or 2 as the hype wares off.

  Because all the people like the OP, who hadn't played in awhile, or new people that hadn't ever played at all, who were attracted by 'OMG ROMULANS' will have given up in frustration over being unable to get in.
  
  People with no investment have no reason to give Cryptic a chance to fix it. The problems the last two days are a DIRE threat to the future of the game.
