If Romulans are Their Own Faction

Then why did my own Romulan bridge officer refer to my ship as a Federation starship?

This isn't to complain about the whole Pandaren thing - that ship has sailed - but come on. At least put some effort into not having the exploration missions and such blatantly call me a Starfleet officer or Federation ship, please.

    I'm with you on this. Just because I am aligned with the Federation does not make a Starfleet officer. I did not go to the academy. Neither did any of my crew. Last I checked, warbirds were not being produced in any Starfleet shipyards.

    Oh well, I'll try and not let it bug me too much, but you are definitely right.

    I was puzzled when Tovan said " There's something on the radar" So now your warbird is a fed starship using ancient radar.
