How to pass the time...

...in the queue? Anyone have any good ideas? (besides go outside) I'm bored out of my mind here... :P

    Do the dishes
    Do the laundry
    Do some ironing
    Read a book while looking at your place occassionally.
    Have a strong beverage and just wait

    Took a shower, still in queue. It actually jumped from ~6000 to ~11000 in line, but my place hadn't changed. :D

    I've been playing a game called Mega Miner from another website. I try to login, get the que screen, minimize it and then open up a browser window.

    On the other hand, last night- very late last night- I finally got in and started running missions to get Nukara marks. But, I was getting long map transitions and "server not responding" messages almost every time transitioned.

    The worst time was when I got to the head of the que and got "server not responding" trying to load into my first map. I got stuck there and had to manually close the client and open up the launcher again. Which meant I got sent to the back of the line for another ten minutes.

    This probably means that I will not being playing LoR for most of the next week. That also means- after gerting excited by the beta and wanting one- I will certainly not be paying for the Legacy Pack. I might buy a little bit of zen and get a couple of ships- but not the money Cryptic would have gotten from me.

    Watch all six star trek movies do about 8 hours work take a nap watch a star wars marathon spend time with gf. check the queue every now an then an see that it hasnt moved any. they need to make the AFK logout time 30 minutes instead of 60 cause people are jus logging in an staying on. thats part of the problem.

    you do realize there is 10 star trek movies right? with the 11th in the theaters right now. so you have 4 more to watch!

    the 12th is in theaters, 11 was 2009;)

    i know last night i logged in after 2.5 hr wait played for 45 minutes then it was down for maintenance. 30 min message popped 15 minutes after logging in. if that happens again this game will be uninstalled and my account will be deleted and i will not re roll later.

    Find another game! If they want to operate like EA than I will go play my paradox games instead. Besides, their bonus content is cheaper.

    Maybe trying other MMOs? That was actually how I discovered that STO was a good game. Was playing another MMO that went into downtime and I decided to try STO and here I?m. Currently, I?m playing SWTOR and Neverwinter while waiting. :)

    i cant find any that i get in to. as far as mmo's go. guess i could go play bridge commander.
    any ideas for some.
