Fleet T'Varo build help

This is my plan for the fleet T'Varo...

The two blank console are where the Plasma Destabilizer and Singularity Stabilizer will go.

    My thoughts:
    Put the experimental beam in the back, switching out the turret or the omega torp.
    Put a DBB up front. I tried having the experimental up front on an escort and was totally underwhelmed.

    I would also switch the deuterium surplus for a subspace modulator. But do romulans even have access to it?

    Finally I'd change BO1 to HY1, change HY2 to CRF1, and CRF2 to BO3.

    2x AtB looks like lots and lots of fun! Can't wait to get my romulan to lvl 50!

    I'd use a better singularity core than that.
