  if you bought the tribbles before F2P then those should be under "legacy unlocks" if you bought them after, those are a one time only thing and you have to rebuy them, all test rewards are under "Items" and yes they can be claim by romulans

  I cant buy them if they are GONE from the store.They simply dont exist...not in legacy tab ,not items ,...I want to buy the borg ,riv and fluiding tribble for my romulan
  
  I cant claim my test reward tribbles on my romulan.Maybe its the lag .Ill have to try that again when the I get less lag.

  I can't claim the Romulan and Fleet Tribble as well as the F2P Testreward DOFF's with my KDF Romulan/Reman Lvl 15/13.

  Beta, LTA, CE, Multiple preorder Versions, all Addon Packs except AoY, nearly all KDF/Rom and ~50% of all Fedships, over 25 LockboxShips, Endurer of Atari's "Year of Hell", but...

  Had no problem claiming my Dilithium Tribble or Crossfire Tribble from the C-Store this morning. In the Legacy tab, right where they've always been. Didn't see my Fleet Tribble, but I may have overlooked it, or it might not show until I join a Fleet.
