(Despite a few technical difficulties....)
It is outstandingly clear that many people worked many, many sleepless nights to produce all that is Star Trek Online. From the game's beginning through to the "Legacy of Romulus" you have slaved to design and create a vision that is all together spectacular.
Not only is the work difficult, but you battle against the endless resistances at every place you go. Everything - from bugs to trolls - provide endless torment both inside and outside the programming code. Artists' work often goes unsung. "This is the business we've chosen" ...
You are professionals, of course, and fully capable of withstanding the waves and barnacles of the ocean. Though, for what little wind it may add to your sails, know that there are those among us that deeply appreciate all the work you're performing, and all that it entails.
It is my hope that this small forum posting finds one of you.
Thank you for working so hard, so that we may play.

I must agree, Cryptic have done fantastic and amazing things with this game since launch. Now if only they would listen to a minority of players on how to resolve a few key issues that seem minor and inconsequential, but are obviously more important than the big picture and will cause the game to die a horrible death tomorrow if those issues aren't fixed right this instant.
