Character Selection screen bug

On my fed character the BOFF that I have slotted as my 1st Away team officer is repeated 4 times instead of showing my 4 separate BOFFs. Also at one point my main toon did not appear on the selection picture but a bald stranger is in my place wearing an off duty outfit, very bazar...

    A) had this issue and here is how i got it kinda solved.
    B) instead going to regular game goto tribble, strange it asked there was some error safe or normal login i choose normal ( i traveled to earth space dock then logged out completely of game )

    then redoing game go regular holodeck and it loads albeit slowly everything is really laggy
    i noticed a few other bugs i reported elsewhere then got disconnected)
