First post really?

Well, This is one I wish to have and welcome all new captains of the romulan republic... hope you all will have fun. I know I will as much as I did in beta play...

    I'm kind of wondering how you found the Romulan subforum, since it doesn't show up unless you view the "Feedback" section by itself.

    Very thrilled that we are a hair's breath from seeing our Romulan captains live and in game.

    As fun as tribble has been ... I want to make my Romulan characters for the long haul on Holodeck server. :)

    Feedback section, Branflakes is a Romulan Operative, he provided the information for the location of this section here.

    Finally the Romulan subsection of the forums!
    Well I guess congrats are in order for finally making the way in STO.

    May this day mark the beginning of a long and prosperous campaign for all Romulan players within the new Romulan faction in Star Trek Online. :)

    while excited for the Romulans I just thought I was gonna roll one and then go back to grind on my other characters...holy hell was I wrong. This is fun as hell...and my boffs have personality too....well done

    Anyone have thoughts on which race would be better for a Tactical DPS?

    Reman or Liberated Romulan Borg?

    The Reman seems to have traits for damage mitigation and an damage increase when leaving stealth, while the Liberated Borg has some kind of enhancements to power levels.

    Kind of new to STO so not an expert on this stuff :(

    Have to pay to be a reman? I call Bull****! I was looking forward to this expansion exclusively to play as a Reman. I don't have any money to spare on this! Ruined the whole thing for me, I don't know if I can play this game anymore.

    Max Romulan rep on an existing character, and you can play Reman.

    Ok, It'll take me a week or two, but if that's what it takes I'll have to. They didn't say anything about that on the character creation screen, figures.

    I'm still deciding whether or not to finish my federation character before jumping into a romulan character.



    My federation character is 28-ish. So it really is a crossroad.

    The Romulan story content is better than the Starfleet stuff, if that helps.

    But I was just starting to like the federation story because I wasn't paying too much attention to the klingon story line from the beginning. But am now in the romulan storyline and making sure to follow along.


    Plus I'm only a couple of levels from a new ship with more pew pew...being a tac officer and all.
