Lifetime member, Bought Legacy Pack, Where is my stuff?

So Like others when I bought the Legacy Pack I was redirected to a link that instructed me to redownload the entire game.... And I thought "why? I'll just patch it when it goes live."

Now I'm wondering if this is why NONE of the pack that I paid for is available for me in game. Or is this an issue that everyone is having? Sorry if this has already been handled on another thread, but there are so many flame threads with 20+ pages I can't find an answer to my question.

To be honest I haven't made my first Romulan character yet. Is it really as simple as I just need to roll a Romulan to claim all my rewards? I'd check myself, but I can't even get to my character list now, all it says is unknown login failure.

Figure I'll get flamed for this thread, but it's worth it if I can get an answer. Thanks all.

    Yes. You can't claim your Rom rewards on non-Roms. You need to make a Rom before you can open a Rom bundle and get some Rom ships, etc.
    STO is about my Liberated Borg Federation Captain with his Breen 1st Officer, Jem'Hadar Tactical Officer, Liberated Borg Engineering Officer, Android Ops Officer, Photonic Science Officer, Gorn Science Officer, and Reman Medical Officer jumping into their Jem'Hadar Carrier and flying off to do missions for the new Romulan Empire. But for some players allowing a T5 Connie to be used breaks the canon in the game.

    "Legacy Pack
    Available on Romulan characters under the 'Bundles' tab in the C-Store.
    Can be claimed on any of your Romulan characters, current or future, regardless of rank."

    Now if only I could get the character select/create screen to come up.... lol :(

    A fleetmate of mine has, with me looking over her shoulder, followed the full set of steps in that list. The Legacy pack isn't even appearing in her Bundles tab.

    Did we miss something?

    Lifetime here, I was able to claim my Starter Pack through Bundles tab in C-store. Just comparing notes.

    When she purchased the Pack she should have gotten an email with a Link that she needed to click and follow after the purchase. That Link activates the Pack to the STO account. Once you do that the Pack is available on the correct character. I'd suggest looking for that email and clicking the Link - as Support will take many, many days.

    I found my bundle in the c store for legacy bundle but when I go to the tailor or in character creation screen I don't see the TOS uniform option.

    You need to open the Bundle to unlock it to the system so it can be used. Try that.
