Cant retrieve list of characters...

I was in a loading screen for an STF when the server timed out so I exited the game and relaunched it.
Now it seems it can't retrieve my list of characters after logging into the game. It just stalls and says it has timed out or it goes back to the log in screen.

    On Tribble? Or was this happening on Holodeck?

    it was on holodeck. the server seemed to stall for 10 minutes.

    i think its mostly fixed now.

    I had that as well. I restarted my computer and that seemed to fix it. (It could have been coincidence though- who knows)

    Yup! Holodeck had an emotional moment and had to think about things.

    I was just confused why this was posted in the Tribble forums. :D

    I as well am encountering this problem.
    Tried to report this in the support section to no avail.

    I have just finished patching and went to log in and I get the same problem and have had it every log in at the character retrieval part of authentication.

    I am having the same problems, I just finished patching the new Romulan expansion and now I am unable to log in... Help?

    Yeah this list thing and time out is getting under my skin, some one want to give us a time please when this will be fixed

    I cant log in either, it keeps saying retrieving list of characters, and then could not log in for unknown reason, I regret spending three hundred dollars for gold membership.
