Romulan Legacy Pack not showing up! (Because the expansion is not live yet)

So I pay REAL MONEY for something I cannot use on the launch day. I checked to make sure it's on THIS account and it is.

I suppose money theft is legal in what ever country this company comes from.




DON'T BUY THIS STUFF GUYS, YOU WONT BE ABLE TO USE IT!

    Just a thought, but maybe the fact that the expansion hasn't gone live yet has a little to do with you not being able to use the Legacy pack?

    This is likely a PEBKAC error.

    You've paid money for something you can use on Launch day.

    What you can't do is use it before launch day. Launch Day is listed as 21st May 2013, approx. 10am PDT. That's roughly eight hours away.

    Wait for the patch, and then if you can't use it after that... then you can rage.

    It's getting worse ... in about 2 hours you're not gonna be even able to play the game ... imagine ...

    btw : It's still the 20th on Baker Island and Howland Island :P ... you're not the center of the Universe ...

    You can't use your Romulan items on your Romulan characters which can't be made for several more hours? Shocker.

    this is taken from legacy pack FAQ

    Q: How do I claim my Legacy/Starter Pack items on May 21st?
    A: When you purchase a Legacy or Starter Pack, your account is flagged as having purchased it. On May 21st, after Legacy of Romulus is available to patch to via your current launcher application, the Legacy/Starter pack items become claimable via the in-game C-Store (Accessible via the minimap).

    I hope the OP isn't America. We already get enough grief for having a terrible education system. :)
    STO is about my Liberated Borg Federation Captain with his Breen 1st Officer, Jem'Hadar Tactical Officer, Liberated Borg Engineering Officer, Android Ops Officer, Photonic Science Officer, Gorn Science Officer, and Reman Medical Officer jumping into their Jem'Hadar Carrier and flying off to do missions for the new Romulan Empire. But for some players allowing a T5 Connie to be used breaks the canon in the game.
