Remember when you were small and you sat up half the night waiting for christmas.

    The maintenance is going to be from 6 to 11 AM, PST.

    It should be posted on the forum and launcher some time soon - along with patch notes.
    STO is about my Liberated Borg Federation Captain with his Breen 1st Officer, Jem'Hadar Tactical Officer, Liberated Borg Engineering Officer, Android Ops Officer, Photonic Science Officer, Gorn Science Officer, and Reman Medical Officer jumping into their Jem'Hadar Carrier and flying off to do missions for the new Romulan Empire. But for some players allowing a T5 Connie to be used breaks the canon in the game.

    I was thinking this same thing earlier. Only instead of one night I have been waiting three years.

    I've kept spoilers to a minimum outside of basic things like mechanics.

    I'm psyched. It's like Christmas, or when the Green Ranger first showed up. I am incontinent with glee.

    Except they are telling you what your presents are, opening them, then putting them under the tree and making you wait 6 hours before you can play with them

    dunno, i never had this moment before because i have never been a christian so i dont understand the whole christmas thing.

    if you mean that can i wait for the LoR launch? the answer is yes i can, assuming the servers are packed naff full the first day.

    Didn't participate in the Open Beta because I didn't want to spoil the surprise. But I admit I am going to complete my workday as fast as I can. Haven't been this enthused about any PC game in a very very long time.

    Despite the problems, despite the naysayers, despite the lag - I am going to be Rihannsu this evening.

    Actually you will find how inadequate your empire is and join up with the feds or klings and do there orders. cheers

    Since hearing about and reading of STO being in the works I've hoped to one day play a Romulan character. Its been over 3 long years just sitting around with dreams and fantasies of one day finally being able to play my favorite faction from the ST IP.

    Bought the LTS the first day it was offered even though I knew I wouldn't be able to play the green team.

    Been a whale of a supporter of this game, company and staff in spite of not being able to play my favorite faction.

    It will be with immense satisfaction that I will finally roll my first of several playable Romulan characters and send them out into the galaxy in their own warbirds to experience the ST IP universe as a Romulan.
