Problems with Legacy Pack

nikodas#4667 nikodas Member Posts: 10 Arc User
I ordered the Legacy Pack a while back, and yet I cannot access any of the ships or uniforms on Tribble, and yet I see others flying around in ships, and I've heard people talk about having access to the uniforms.

I do know there was a delay in my credit card processing the payment, they were concerned about the payment to a web page, but this has been resolved. Also, when I go to the Legacy Pack page the "buy now" button is greyed out and not clickable. There is also a note at the top of the page that says "Thank you for Supporting Star Trek Online."

My question is... is there any way I can confirm that the Legacy Pack has been credited to my account and that I'll have access to the ships/uniforms for the Launch tomorrow?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Oh... I did submit a support ticket in order to get an official response, but I know they get busy and sometimes it can take awhile to get a reply, so I thought I'd try here too.

Thanks.

Per our FAQ, Legacy Pack items are not available on Tribble :) You may have seen players in retrofit ships who used their 600-day veteran ship token.

EDIT: You can confirm your purchase went through since you are using the special title right now on the forums :)

You can confirm your purchase by visiting http://billing.perfectworld.com and clicking the "purchase history" link -- you would have also received an email with a confirmation.

If you didn't, or don't see the transaction in your history, it sounds like you didn't complete your transaction. You can do so here: https://billing.perfectworld.com/stolegacy/complete (or https://billing.perfectworld.com/stostarter/complete if it's the starter pack). Once you do that, log out and back in and check again.

    Cheers,

tribble doesnt link to your normal account so anything bought on holodeck wont be claimable on Tribble. Same the other way so anything bought on tribble will not be available on Holodeck.

To confirm the pack is on your page you can check your wallet in accounts as it should show there, and also look at the purchase page as it should just say thank you for supporting sto and not give a purchase option.

Still waiting to be able to use forum titles

Thank you guys for the quick replies. It seems I misunderstood what others were saying, and what I was seeing.

    Thanks again!

    .

yeahhh, what sux for me is i did such a horrible job on my first holodeck character that even at level 50 she's little more capable than an average housewife, and estf's are always less than wonderful. But my tribble counterpart is done much better and I reallllly wish i could transfer that back to holodeck, but, oh well..

I'm pretty sure we're getting free respecs with the expansion, so... have fun!

We got a free respec when they changed all the skills around... at the very least, a trait respec should be in the works since that system's going crazy.

Grind dil and trade it for zstore points, buy respec, no money spent, problem solved.
