Romulan Fleets

I was wondering if someone could hook me up with some info on these, I know that Cryptic said that Rom fleets can't build a starbase, and you can only recrut Romulan/Reman players that chose the same alliance, is there any other restrictions to making these?

    Anyone?? Any info at all?? maybe even just link me to a dev blog about them?

    A fed rom can start a fed fleet for feds and fed roms and a kdf rom can start a kdf fleet for kdfs and kdf roms . Or you can join an already existing fleet of your chosen ally

    The above is correct. Fed-allied Roms can make Fleets with other Fed-allied Roms - and KDF-allied Roms can do the same. Or you can join an existing Fleet.

    At this time a Rom-only Fleet base won't look Romulan, but DStahl has talked about that possibly changing in the future - maybe with Dilithium projects that make it look Romulan.
    STO is about my Liberated Borg Federation Captain with his Breen 1st Officer, Jem'Hadar Tactical Officer, Liberated Borg Engineering Officer, Android Ops Officer, Photonic Science Officer, Gorn Science Officer, and Reman Medical Officer jumping into their Jem'Hadar Carrier and flying off to do missions for the new Romulan Empire. But for some players allowing a T5 Connie to be used breaks the canon in the game.
