* Spambots not blocked and spamming the same stupid in-game mail.
* GM's are a myth.
* Noticable bugs never or rarely fixed whenever at a late time.
* Updates launched on Holodeck (Live) with tons of issues that weren't fixed from testing on Tribble (So what's Tribble even there for?..)
Etc..

Come on Cryptic.. you guys can do better right?..

Besides all the buggy things I'm still enjoying the game, nice ships, and lots more fun stuff..
But it's getting annoying.. and I doubt btw that update 8 will bring back Cryptic's prime that it lost some short time after F2P launch..
(Yes it's a hard fact..)

Beg to differ. Having been here since the game first came out, I appreciate that the game is far more active than it use to be, has significant content updates that may not fix every single bug or issue but keep the game new and enjoyable, and the fact that this game plays and feels much more fun and much smoother than it did during the first few seasons.

I am regularly impressed with the quality of this game and the new content and smoothing out of rough areas that the developers have continued to achieve.

I continue to be glad I purchased a lifetime subscription years and years ago.

So your complaints are certainly not "hard facts."

At best, they're your subjective opinion and nothing more.
