The Raptor's Nest: Ships to Come

Have you all taken a look at the ships in the shipyards? Well, there is quite a surprise coming. It all goes back to an episode of Trek where a group of Romulans takeover the new test ship Prometheus. That is the ship that can fly into three parts: the vector assault.

Now, the Roms took this idea, and created a HUGE starship that can split in two. The console on this ship can be used on the new fleet ships. If you look closely at them, you will see how they all fit together.

Go to my SSOG website, here: http://starfleetops.com/the-raptors-nest-ships-to-come/ and view each image with associated text very closely...then come back here to make your comments.

They also just announced that it'll be included in the Legacy Pack pre-order (and as of last night it's available as a customizable NPC costume in the Foundry!)

Right on...but what I'm getting at is the console from that ship is what will power the fleet ships to split themselves. And if you look at the images, you can see how the tactical fleet ship fits into the engineering version.

However, the science version gets nothing...but a 5th sci console slot. Look at the underside of the sci version in the images I posted. It's empty.

Well it looks like Cryptic revealed what I figured out just by staring at the ships at the shipyard vendor :D

    Carry on!

Ever since Closed Beta we've kinda known that the Haakona would give us the ability to split it or the Ha'apax into two warbirds, even before they decided to give us the split warbirds as individual ships as well. The Ha'nom is the Guardian section, the Ha'feh is the Assault section, and the Ha'apax is the mated version. Ha'nom and Ha'feh, already being split from each other, won't be able to use the Haakona's Ha'apax Separation console, but the standard and Fleet Ha'apax will.
