Duty Officer System--Romulans

A few things I've noticed about the duty officer system for the Romulans.
1. Resettle Colonists mission: Rewards you with Federation/KDF colonists, not Romulan.
2. Romulan Duty Officer Cadres. They currently do not exist; will we get them in the future at New Romulus command or the flotilla?
3. Refugees. So far I haven't seen any sign of a mission like Asylum on New Romulus for Romulan refugees or maybe Crateris for Reman ones, assuming they retook the planet after that mission.
4. No Subcommander level duty officer cadre. On the rewards list, there are no Subcommander Duty Officer Cadre listed as a reward, and yet the FED and KDF counterparts have one for the Commander level.
5. New duty officer chains. I was under the impression that there would be new duty officer assignment chains for the expansion. I have yet to see them; are they just not implemented?

1) Many "allied" Doffs show as "red" but are still usable. (i dont want aliens on my ship and would never have Nauscicans or ferengis anyway)
2) Able to use colonists - which are all aliens too - in some slots that call for officers. colonists are also tagged as red but usable
3) This may vary by Fed/KDF but I found as KDF aligned that some missions might be generic -- ie similar one used for bothe fed and kdf - but the stats required are geared for KDF doffs and Romulan doffs simply dont have the same list of traits. So to get the success/crit bonuses you more or less have to use KDF Doffs.
4) Many, many missions are just too Klingon flavored and dont feel right as a Romulan task.
5) purely personal but too many of the "Romulan" missions are just too goody goody. Many of us are not at all gung ho about any thing regarding the Republic. The Doff system is the only way to add actual Romulan flavor to the watered down vision we have been presented. Would love more missions that are more Classic Romulan

The missions that seem the most problematic for me as a Romulan forced to serve the Klingons are the Development missions.
Seems most of those are still VERY Klingon themed. Get gagh, partake is some unpronoucable klingon ritual, honor this and honor that....

There's a DOff mission I've only seen on my Romulan captain to get a crate of Romulan ale...does that count as Romulan flavored? :P
