Unique BOFF quality

I've played through all the unique story episodes and it strangely only just hit me that other than Tovan and D'vex the other unique BOFFs are only of uncommon quality, I understand not making them all very rare but i think they should at least be of rare quality. What do you guys think?

    I'd be happy if they had thier own colour and a "unique" classification. Not so much as to give them benefits others have but merely as to mark them as being special or exactly what they are uniquely set apart from run of the mill Boffs.

    If they're all rare what would be the need of getting additional Boffs as you progress - let alone all the people who own special Boffs that they can unlock? :)
    STO is about my Liberated Borg Federation Captain with his Breen 1st Officer, Jem'Hadar Tactical Officer, Liberated Borg Engineering Officer, Android Ops Officer, Photonic Science Officer, Gorn Science Officer, and Reman Medical Officer jumping into their Jem'Hadar Carrier and flying off to do missions for the new Romulan Empire. But for some players allowing a T5 Connie to be used breaks the canon in the game.

    Thats why i suggested going with a separate colour and unique tag, that way it isn't relative to quality only the fact that the BOFF is not a standard boff.

    There is that, although it's slightly counterweighted by how many hoops a kdf/fed Rom has to jump through just for basic skill training. No that's a klink boff go here, no that's a rom boff go here, no that's a fed boff go here, no that's a wtf boff you can't train it.

    Then you add in as far as I've been able to determine there is no rom boffs available via doff missions.

    So it's not like Roms are swimming in boffs in any case. gated by what exactly infinity? As well with the exception of the Jemm boff all the season boffs are locked out for new chars witch = Roms

    They should be entitled "ubiquitous" because everyones going to have them

    I'd be happy if they at least had Basic Operative in all cases.

    Tovan is purple, but doesn't have good traits.
