Where is the ship yards on Qo'nos?

I am trying to complete Tornament on Forces: Test of Mettle. I am trying to get to the shipyards on Qo'nos. Could some one please tell me how to get there? Thanks.

    Transporter room will let you beam up to it - in space its the space station you see out in orbit of Qo'nos

    Via the Transporter room on First City or it's the space station way out near teh ateroid belt
    when you zone into Qos'nos.
