There is a Ghost floating around LOR

When I am on a ground mission I see an after image of a man floating like a shadow or like someone took a cookie cutter shaped like a man and cut out a portion of the graphics.
Also, on some ground missions some far off NPCs show up as a white outline only.

I have noticed that turning VSync on, while on tribble, ESPECIALLY during the LoR missions, creates a ridiculous amount of ghosting, whether quality(character/world) is set to 200% or 100%...Now, with that being said, it MAY have something to do with the fact that I run a 120Hz display and only ever set my refresh rate to 120, but, with VSync turned OFF, I see no ghosting, and minimal screen tearing, EXCEPT in 'cutscenes' when the camera turns...And even then, it's not so much a SCREEN tearing, as it is an object stutter - As if the object moved four paces and back two...SPECIFICALLY characters, consoles, every 'active' object in the scene, tears, but the screen itself doesn't.

My advice would be to try turn off VSync if you have it on, and see if that makes a difference...Beyond that, try turning down the 'quality' settings in the advanced video options...The settings you're using may work fine for 'established' objects on Holodeck or the pre-existing objects on Tribble, but remember, LoR is new...Things are likely to be less than 100% complete, and therefore, have 'complications'!

I have a brand new RADEON graphics card in an Alienware laptop with all the bells and whistles, but thank you anyway.
