No, it is not a fail, in fact, it works very well.

After only playing as a romulan for a few hours, I can say that Cryptic has out done them selfs. It is that good :D

It is so good that I will activate my subscription when LoR goes live!

    That's why the Tal Shiar hit back the only way they could...they nuked the servers.
