Rogue Squadron of Starfleet missions

I have two missions on the foundry so far, "Intro to Rogue Squadron" and "All Wings, Report in!!!!". I'd appreciate legit feedback on both. With the first one, I couldn't figure out how to get allied NPC's to fight, but it's not too bad without their help. Still don't know about a fix for the warp-in bug either, but I didn't add such effects to the second one. However, in a review for my first mission, I was told it "could use more explosions", so the second one is tailored more for high-lvl players who like to blow stuff up. Thanks in advance for playing either or both and any legit reviews. -Vice Admiral Rosso, Starfleet Tactical, Rogue Leader

At least an interesting idea, but personally I don't have much love for the idea of "crossover" between Star Trek and Star Wars.

I think your basic idea could work if you change the names, drop the visitors from another galaxy idea and remove the star wars stuff.

The general idea of an elite squadron of fighter pilots is still fine. Also if you send people to a system it is a great idea to include the system and sector names, because it makes the start of the mission unneccessarily hard to find.

Well, with my fleet being the way it is, that's how it is(what's Rogue Squadron without the Skywalker clan, anyway?). Star Wars was a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away, which is why I included the wormhole part of the story. Time/space travel, kinda like those special Stargate episodes. As for finding the system, it's pretty easy to do if you'd actually read the mission accept. That's where I put the directions. Not to mean any offense, but that's the truth as far as I can see. Sorry for taking so long to respond, I don't have much internet for awhile.

Hate to rain on your parade but having Star wars characters in a foundry mission would most certainly be against the E.U.L.A and such a mission will likely get pulled.

actually, I carefully read the EULA and it says I can use character names, but not actor names. Kinda fun missions too, might wanna look 'em up. Make sure you have alot of DPS for the second one, though.

I would read it again. Cryptic does not own the licence to Star Wars characters and the T.O.S states they don't even want us making our player characters or BoFFS resemble unlicenced characters. Star Trek character names are about it, there are even limits on names that are in the public domain like historical figures.

I very carefully read it with that first mission in mind before ever making it. From what I read in the wording, what I did is allowed and if I thought for a minute it wasn't allowed, I'd pull it myself. I even submitted the first mission for featuring and they haven't pulled it last time I checked(which was the day before I post this)
