Stuck with I.K.S. and R.R.W.

After going back and checking all my ships, it seems that I can no longer use IRW on the Ha'feh. My single klink ship only allows for R.R.W. and I.K.S. it would be nice to use I.R.W. on it as well.

    I believe it's because t5 ship's are Romulan Republic designed where as the lower tier's were used by the Romulan Star Empire.

    I just double checked with another 50 using a refit of the Tier 2 duck ship and he also could only use I.K.S. and R.R.W.
