Character Creations problem

There seems to be a problem with the character creator when i was creating a female romulan char. That all the scars and tatoos do not show up on the character with I was creating her.

    I had a different problem, not all the uniform options were available when dressing my character. I had to keep opening up the presets in order to browse through the options.
