open beta is not?

is there a open beta ore not i cannot make a romulan char ore klingon why ??

    There is an open beta starting today, but after the patch goes live on Tribble. Just no ETA on when we can expect to see it.

    As the blog stated, the Open Beta will be starting sometime today. It is not yet active. You will see a patch notification go into place. Once the new patch is in, the Open Beta will start - as was stated in the blog.
    STO is about my Liberated Borg Federation Captain with his Breen 1st Officer, Jem'Hadar Tactical Officer, Liberated Borg Engineering Officer, Android Ops Officer, Photonic Science Officer, Gorn Science Officer, and Reman Medical Officer jumping into their Jem'Hadar Carrier and flying off to do missions for the new Romulan Empire. But for some players allowing a T5 Connie to be used breaks the canon in the game.

    so it can be taking some hours ore days so why do thay say it then there wil be an open beta on pdt 10 am :s

    They never said Open Beta started at 10 AM. They said it starts some time today and ends on Monday at 10 AM.

    This is what, the tenth thread made by someone who misread the annoucment..?

    to the OP, keep an eye on the tribble annoucment forum. that will tell you.
