Mission Beam Down

I have noticed when I beam down for missions my Bridge Officers show both ground and space abilities, not just ground as it should be showing.

    I noticed this as well, every time I beamed down somewhere.
    Joined in March, 2011. Lifer since December, 2011.

    been ongoing since the first round of beta. Noticed it only happens on my rom though.
