Error submitting bug report

I tried to submit a bug report on Tribble. I received the following error message:

[TicketError] Could not connect. Please try again later.
Waiting for a programmer ...

    I to have gotten this message as of late.

    I've had this issue ever since the servers started having the "mysterious problems"
