History of New Romulus, and the Sword of the Raptor Star

So earlier, after getting tired of trying to farm my way through the History of New Romulus lore, I decided to spend a buttload of EC and just finished the whole thing in one swoop. Having done that, I have a few things to say:
First, POSSIBLE SPOILERS
Now, does anybody know where the other parts of the 'Dewen History' accolade is? I've only found the one at the cave with the Tholians, or have we just not unlocked it all yet?
Next, PLEASE, please fix the missing text of the New Romulus lore. It's so annoying to have all these gaps in the story that it really is very irking that these things just aren't there at all. I know there are meant to be holes in the history, but if this was on purpose, then why have those volumes there in the first place?
I LOVE lore in games. I truly enjoy learning the history and backround of a world, so reading all this history of New Romulus has been so nice IMO. This is particularly interesting because it involves two of the more iconic Star Trek species: Vulcans, but of course, mostly Romulans.
It also gives, however little, a bit more info on our main baddies: The Iconians. It's only a few minor details, but gives something at least after so long. I'm glad that all this has been tied in with the small amounts from other parts in the game, not to mention like the TNG and DS9 episodes that had the Iconian stuff in em.
Probably the most intriguing thing from all this, lies within the Sword of the Raptor Star itself. So many things seem to point to this ancient sword. I mean, D'tan even outright talks about it for a few moments the first time you even come onto New Romulus.
Between the history I've read, the gaps that are still in the text (again, please fix it), the Embassy featured project (I know, just a dil sink, but still done on purpose), and so on, a lot points to the Sword as being very very important in all this.
I have a feeling that tier 4 which I know that people are gonna start reaching this week (I'll hit it by friday, presuming I don't miss any days), and the ruins/cave that will unlock, might answer some questions, possibly even with us finding the Sword, who knows. In turn, also presuming nobody misses any days, we'll start seeing tier 5 on folks before the turn of the year, probably right around X-mas if you're REALLY on the ball about it.
All of this isn't even bringing in the Tholians as well, and how they all might tie into this thing.

All 8 parts show up randomly in that cave.
if you complete the mission each time then there is a 20 hour cool down (although you will at least get romulan marks if you do)

Uhm well im not going to spoil it for you but you kinda find the sword but yet you dont find it
